Placing my order
Prior to placing your order ensure you have selected in the top left hand corner the region/flag your billing address is in. This is either “Australia”, "New Zealand", "USA" or “International” and will take you to the correct website with the correct prices and shipping options.

Orders over $75 AUD- Free shipping, occurs automatically at checkout.
Orders under $75- $7, allow 1-4 business days
for delivery.

Despatch
Orders for Australian delivery are shipped from our Melbourne, Australia warehouse. *Orders are processed within 1-3 business days of receiving them, so
please add this time to expected delivery times.
International Delivery
If your billing address is in Australia but you wish to to deliver to
an international address, select the international shipping option
(approx 3-8 business
days) at checkout. If you require a more precise estimate of delivery times please visit the Australia Post website. Stem Organics offers free standard shipping on all orders over $100USD. For orders less than $100USD, shipping charges of $9-18 applies. Taxes & Duties for International Deliveries
Products imported for personal use under certain monetary amounts are often exempt from taxes or duties charged by the Customs department of many countries. Packages that are returned to us and marked as "Return to Sender", "Unclaimed", "Attempted Unknown", "Refused", or "Invalid Street Address", will be credited back to the customer's credit card on file, less the shipping and handling fee. Returns Policy

the unlikely event that you find your order contains faulty products or
breakages please contact us to organise a solution. Please contact us
before returning any items as we are unable to accept returns without a
return authorisation number.
